Jeff is an excellent realtor, he went above and beyond for us moving to Kansas from out of state. He looked at a handful of houses for us and was very honest about the quality and details of each home, did not hide anything. Jeff answered his emails, phones and texts almost immediately, most Realtors do not do that. He is very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the legal aspects of real estate.. Will definitely use him again.

I had an amazing experience working with Jeff! He helped me find my home when I moved to Topeka about 5 years ago and then helped me to sell my house. I enjoyed his upbeat attitude and he offered great advice. He was very knowledgeable and made the process of buying and selling one of ease!

Jeff was recommended to us many years ago by a friend. Hes helped us find our dream home 6 years ago. Then when my mother in law moved here 5 years ago he helped us find the perfect house for her. Finally when my parents moved here he helped them through the process of finding a builder. Recently Our Moms decided to move to Florida & Jeff has been there to sell their homes! Its was smooth & we enjoy working with him. There really isnt anything Jeff cant and wont do. There isnt anything he hasnt dealt with. We had a large tree fall on the roof of one of the houses 3 days before closing. Jeff didnt miss a beat. He coordinated everything while staying 100% positive. Turned out to be a 2 week delay and was extremely smooth. Cant say enough about Jeff.
