This was our first home and Nathan was great to work with! He had our back and carried us the whole way through and was easy to get ahold of. We could text, call, or email pretty much any time and he would make it work. He was great and the whole team was so helpful! If we ever move again, we know who to go to. Im incredibly pleased with the service I received from Koch Home Collective for my home purchase and sale. The home buying process can be daunting, but their entire team was fantastic every step of the way.(finding homes, listing, open house, wacky waving inflatable arm tube man) From finding potential properties to helping us negotiate an ideal contract, they were always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. They also profoundly understood the housing market in our area, which allowed us to get an incredible deal that exceeded my expectations on the house we were selling. Beyond their expertise and professionalism, the team was amicable and kind throughout our home buying process. They answered all our questions with in depth explanations, ensuring we fully understood what we were doing and why it was necessary.
