I first met Katie in 2019 when I bought my very first house in the Topeka, KS area. My realtor referred me to her and I am so glad they did. Katie made the entire process quick, easy, painless and ensured I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed. In February of this year, I decided to sell my house and relocate to my hometown, and knew right away that I wanted Katie's help in getting the house sold. It was no surprise to me that she would go above and beyond, and make it just as easy as purchasing the property. After moving and months of searching for my next house (with Katie's help of course), I finally found the one that I wanted and submitted an offer on. When my offer was accepted and the process of buying it could begin, Katie immediately went to work getting documents prepared and everything in line so that she could lock in the lowest interest rate as possible since they were rising with each passing week. Yet again, Katie went out of her way and made the process stress-free and a breeze! Katie is a great person with a great personality, very professional, and intelligent!
