Queenie did an amazing job on my nails today. I had gotten a set from a different shop that were done poorly. She was very intentional in fixing my nails and ensuring they were even. I was very pleased with my experience here and will be back!

I was able to make an appointment and in for a pedicure and dip the next day. The tech that did my pedicure was very kind and made my experience great. She did a good job. The tech that did my dip seemed to be annoyed. She cut my cuticles too deep and left some cuts on my skin. She went to dip my finger in the powder and I told her it was not the color I picked out. She seemed very annoyed by that and had a bit of an attitude, as she found the one I wanted. The tech that did my pedicure spoke up for me and let her know the correct color I wanted. When I went to pay, I realized I didnt have my card. I felt absolutely horrible and was panicking. She wasnt helpful or understanding. She was treating me like I was trying to steal a service. I understand some people do things like that, but it was clear that I was upset. After I looked in my car, I realized I didnt have it. I was in tears. I asked if I could pay with venmo and she told me I needed to add a $10 tip. I tip well, but dont think she should tell me how much I needed to tip. My total was $84 and venmod $100. The two techs were waiting for my venmo to go through and asked me to say how much I venmod in front of all their customers. I left the place crying. I work in customer service and try to be understanding for someone who clearly made a mistake. For someone who has anxiety, this was my worst nightmare. I am thankful for the tech who gave me an amazing pedicure.
