Topeka Ear Nose & Throat

4 year old got a pea stuck in her ear and staff were very friendly. Doctor was a little short with her but all in all obviously did what needed to be done! Great experience overall!!

Patient beware! Our son went in for tubes and an adenoidectomy. Robert Lane has a complete lack of professionalism. He could not be bothered to step into the recovery room to explain how the procedure went, chat with our family, or answer questions. Their phone system is a joke. Wait on hold forever trying to reach a nurse 5 days post procedure when our child still cant bend his neck backwards. They are great at accepting payment though. Do not go here.

In August of 2023, my pcp sent me to Dr. Lepse for chronic sinus infections. The CT scan showed i needed surgery. He made me take a 10 day around of antibiotics to see if that would fix it. My pcp had done already. I came back after antibiotics were completed and still had an infection. Dr. Lepse stated that we could just leave it. I said no. I had surgery and he only did the bottom sinus and not the top. At my post op, I still was sick with a sinus infection. I was given many rounds of antibiotics before another CT and it showed my top and bottom on both sides were infected. This is now January, I started running fevers on and off all day everyday and still am. Went to the Ugrent care, was given two antibiotics. I went to see him a again, he stated that we should wait and see if it goes away and wanted to put me on antibiotics again. I said no and to go in and fix it. I had surgery March 4th. I had a fever going in to surgery and out. He gave me a 10 day antibiotic. I called in after surgery stating I had a fever of 102. He stated to drink more water. I called again because of fever. They told me to go to the er and that he would see me in a month. My fever never went away, I still have a sinus infection. Come to find out he only did my surgery by my last CT scan and didn't look for everything current. It was months old. Went to my pcp, she confirmed my sinus infection and stated i have been on 24 rounds of antibiotics since August 2023. Most given by Dr. Lepse. She told me not to go back to him. PCP ran blood and many other tests. Waiting to hear back. My teeth are great by the way. It is March 2024. I love Topeka ENT, just not Dr. Lepse. He will give any excuse to not help you and just throw antibiotics at it vs. putting in the work for yhe underlying problem.

Huge THANK YOU to Dr. Lepse for listening to my concerns with an ongoing issue about my childs health. Took many doctors & many years to finally get his surgery & I wouldnt let another day go by without telling you how much youve changed his life. After one visit. You are appreciated !!!

This clinic has some nice ppl working there and Dr. Lane was awesome and so helpful
