In town for just over a week and did the lake walk every morning. What a great venue with all the shelters, wide trails, gardens, dog park, golf course and an excellent rv park (recently updated). Kept it very clean and grounds maintained and always saw a parks and rec employees on the grounds. Well done!!!

My daughter was in Mexico for the semester, I drove from Georgia to Kansas and rented the Yacht Club for her welcome home party. It was 102 degrees on Friday. The air conditioning was broken it was 96 on the inside, all of my guests sat outside because it was cooler. My niece had a seizure from the Heat and the elder family members had to leave. I had other guests bear that told me this has been a problem all summer even though when I called they told me they would have never rented it out if they knew this problem existed. Well it has been going on and what should have been a beautiful day. I could have rented an Airbnb or another event space but I chose the yacht club, NEVER AGAIN
