My Experience here was incredible. My previous Medical Provider closed and I was referred here. I reached a very competent and Articulate Receptionist who helped me schedule my appointment at the nearest location around my schedule. She also did a follow-up phone call asking if she could confirm the appointment and letting me know what to bring in with me. Upon arriving I was greeted with kindness and helpful professionalism. My Medical provider Mrs Whitlatch was very thououghl and professional with a good demeanor and set me at ease answering all my questions as were salient to the topics at hand. I actually learned a lot just listening to her. Upon completion of said appointment; I scheduled my follow -up promptly and expediently and left feeling positive about my decision to choose Grace Med. Overall I was impressed with all of the staff and a Very Competent Provider.

If I could give them negative stars I would! My first appt I wasn't told to bring any paycheck stubs until I was already there so I was charged $25 that day to be seen, they told me to bring my most recent check stub next time. They gave me a pamphlet to call about getting insurance but it was an answering machine and nobody ever called me back. That day I told them I had a few concerns but the lady told me I could only pick TWO for that visit and then they didn't help me with one of them, the nurse gave me a paper to fill out and then walked out of the room, when I realized that she wasn't coming back I was told I couldn't talk to her and to make another appt. which really made me mad. So I did. The next appt. I was told I had to bring the last TWO paycheck stubs or pay $130 that day to be sent, so I had to reschedule. I finally talked to the people on the pamphlet and they gave me a code which I gave the check in nurse and it was suppose to pay for that visit but then I got a bill in the mail for $280. Not to mention the woman that I talked to about my concern told me there was nothing they could do for me, not even a suggestion to a place that could help me. and she acted like she was real snobby and kind of rude. I will never go back to Grace Med and would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Currently I weigh 73.8lbs, As a child I had chronic otits media, lacotose intolerant, short stautue picky eater, to much of an apptite, I had severe speech articulation disorder today you can not really tell it due to my family. I even tried for them to look at my records I had on hand and for Gracemed to request those medical records as well as my other medical records, they advised me that it was too many and advised me that with loss of hair, joint pain which I have been dealing with since 2008, weight loss, 3 very problematic pregnancies - preterm labor and preterm births - all natural I do not do drugs for me to look like this. I advised them I had to walk a away from my children due to the pain and fatigue they advised me that I am normal or fibromyaliga even though I have positive ANA's and Abnormal blood work. My right side has hurt for years and again they willfully dismissed me, and left me in severe pain and fatigue.
