Walmart Pharmacy

It is so frustrating when I call them. In person, they are usually efficient and knowledgeable, but calling is an entirely different story. I have been on hold for over 12 minutes, after it taking me forever to even get to the pharmacist. They always want you to go through the automated phone service. However, I take Lisdexamfetamine. It cannot be refilled. I cannot give you the prescription number. I have to speak with a pharmacy staff member to check the status and then she does not even say anything except, "Walmart Pharmacy, please hold", without giving me an option to even so yes or no. I have been on hold 12 minutes. This is so annoying.

Great pharmacy! Very kind and knowledgeable staff. No problems with getting my meds and I love the notifications regarding renewals!

They may run out of my prescriptions time to time but I've been going there for years and the staff have always been courteous and helpful to me. I do fill a couple of prescriptions at another pharmacy but only because it's a cheaper price.
