        The kiosks never work when I go in. I ordered 1-hour photos online but it took almost 2 hours and that was with me shopping in-store. For 1-hour, online orders, I was only allowed to order prints in "matte" which was frustrating! However, to my surprise, they aren't a true matte - thankfully, they're lustre. An important distinction that should be clarified! Overall, fairly affordable prints.
