        Used the SERC at 29th and Urish. First couple of weeks were fine but I was assigned to a new pt that had no idea what she was doing. Didnt pay attention and wanted me to buy a tens unit to wake up my quad as I was walking stiff legged. Got reassigned to rebound and they are actually addressing the issue (mechanics).

        I began PT at SERC to try to improve my balance. The exercises they showed me and the techniques they taught me have allowed me to improve my balance and help to restore my confidence. Now, I am able to do things I hesitated to do before. The staff there is friendly and caring. I am very pleased with my experience at SERC.

        I have been coming for 2 surgeries for 8 weeks, and have several weeks to go. Courtney is fantastic!! She is patient and yet she works me very hard. My surgeon has told me that all the motion I will be able to attain will come from PT. I am so grateful for Courtney and all she does for me!! Jeff subs for her now and then and he is good too! Justice is so sweet and is so good at working schedules for me!!! My husband starts tomorrow also with Courtney following a complete reverse shoulder replacement. We definitely asked for Courtney!

        The staff at SERC have done a phenomenal job with my recovery after spinal fusion surgery. They created a plan to increase my mobility, strength, flexibility, & endurance. As I progressed, they continued to challenge me & modify my program. I cant thank them enough for helping me reach my goals.
