Very pleasant and good customer service. Came here twice over the past year and both times I think the same lady helped me. Very friendly

Went to get my passport paperwork sent for renewal. I had everything prepared to be enveloped and sent. The young female clerk was extremely rude and said she wouldn't be of much help. She made a comment in regard to noticing I didn't even have an envelope, then provided no further direction nor offer the envelopes available at USPS offices. Disheartening to have a stranger be so rude when nothing but respect was presented from myself

Since last summer (its been over half a year), I have been made to drive all the way to the PO to get any packages that didnt fit in my small mailbox (read more to find out why). To add insult to injury, the yellow slip that has been put in my mailbox has had the wrong pickup address, causing me to waste gas and time driving to the other end of town for no reason. Once, I even called that PO to make sure I had the right address for pickup. The employee assured me I did. When I showed up, I was, again, redirected to Woodhull. Waste of time and gas. Not too long ago, this occurred again. This time, I stuck the slip back and requested that the mailman start using the parcel lockers. Turns out the parcel lockers have been broken this whole. Time. All of them. For over half a year. I have complained to the mailman, to the post office, to my apartment complex, and no one has fixed these parcel lockers this whole time, forcing me and likely many other residents to drive to pick up any and all packages that dont fit in our small mailboxes. Look at my picture. This is a package the mailman should have placed in a parcel locker that shouldve been fully functional by now, after all of this time of sitting there unrepaired!!! Yet because USPS has neglected to repair and maintain them, it was instead put into my mailbox, where I could barely get it out because it wouldnt fit out the mailbox door. I had to bend the cardboard and pull on the box, hard, multiple times, to force it out. So I guess we either have to get sent on a wild goose chase to find our packages, or we have to wrestle a package out of our mailbox. You lose or you lose, I guess. Unacceptable. On the positive side, the employees at Woodhull have been professional, helpful, and efficient in completing the tasks they were directly responsible for. However, no one has taken responsibility for repairing these parcel lockers that shouldve been repaired long, long ago.
