We signed ab agreement with the company to purchase a copier from them and was told that the copier was on a long deadline to come in. Several months to be exact. We were able to find a company recently that had a copier that met our requirements sooner than this company. I spoke with a gentleman named Nicholas who was the rudest person that I have ever dealt with professionally. When I informed him that we were able to find a copier that was currently available with another company he was beyond rude. I explained to him that their company let us know at the time of the agreement that they had no idea when the copier we agreed to purchase with them would even be available. He began to tell me how disrespectful it was to inform him that we no longer wanted to be purchase the copier from their company. He went on to say to me that the printer was soon to be delivered however no one even informed us that the copier was even coming in soon. I had a good experience with this company prior to this conversation however I was beyond shocked with this gentleman's response. I can honestly say that I was in disbelief by the way he spoke to me and it made me feel completely disrespected. If this gentleman is representative of how this company operates then I can say with complete confidence that they have the most disrespectful staff on hand. I will highly recommend recommend others stray away from this company they employ some of the most disrespectful employees working for them. I would urge other potential customers to find products elsewhere. I will never recommend them to anyone who is looking to be treated in any professional manner. Again, I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking any professional assistance.
