        Online order 1/2 hour before lunch. Got there and still had to pull around and wait 15 minutes for my order. Had to haul butt back to work only to realize they forgot to add cheese, which was @ 1 dollar a slice. I won't be back.

        Pros: great food, usually fresh. Cons: not the best customer service. Your order is often not right. Also in a pretty sketchy neighborhood.
