DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

If I could give this 0 stars I definitely would! Terrible customer service! I walked in to do a simple exchange of some shoes I had bought for my daughter. The associate who helped me was extremely rude! He refused to do the exchange and gave me attitude because they were not in resale-able condition. Mind you everything was in the box I had just purchased 3 days prior. He ended up giving me store credit nearly tossing the card at me. Im truly disappointed as I have spent so much here. I wont be coming back!

After visiting DSW today, I was really disappointed in the customer service I received. No one greeted me. The AA associate totally ignored me, even as she walked passed me. The only verbal communication I received was, Thank you and come again. I will not come again to this store.

0 stars. Created an account for DSW. Billing address and shipping address in Topeka, KS. They shipped my order to Wichita, KS. Then they tell me it'll take 4 to 7 business days to get my order to me. Well 7 business days is Christmas day. I'm supposed to take a gamble and hope that my kids shoes arrive before Christmas. NO THANK YOU!!!!!! I WILL NEVER SPEND A DOLLAR WITH DSW SHOES!!!!! THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH SHOPPING ONLINE!!!!!! AM NOT A FAN!!!!!

This place has horrible customer service! I went to do an exchange With my daughter for a Christmas gift that she had received, instead of doing an even exchange for the same pair of shoes, just a size bigger the lady at the cash register ended up doing a full return before she told me what she was doing. It ended up going back to the person that bought her the gift, credit card. Then they told us we needed to re-purchase the shoes so we ended up having to pay for the shoes that somebody gifted her. The employee at the counter ended up calling the Manager (Brandon)up to the front and he was very rude about the whole situation He then started raising his voice and telling us it wasnt a big deal and we could go get the money back from the person that had gave her the gift. I told him that I thought that that was rude and as we were walking out of the store he yelled, Hope your day gets better. I couldnt believe that a store manager would act in that manner. I will never shop there again!
