Over the last year I have had to contact the office of the KSOS. Each time they were very helpful and even walked me through many processes. Amazing service for Kansans.

When you register to vote as a citizen in the state of Kansas your voter registration data is sold by the Kansas Secretary of State's office to "anyone" willing to pay for it. Including to people acting as "agents" for corporations who in turn sell voter registration data for "commercial use" - in violation of KSA 25-2320. KS 25-2320 specifically prohibits using information derived from voter registration data for "commercial use." Note: Selling voter registration data for commercial purposes is considered a "crime". When violations of KSA 25-2320 are duly reported to the Kansas Secretary of State's Office Elections Department they are totally ignored for whatever reason?

Made a bone-headed mistake on my application. With a time deadline quickly approaching, I called and explained my predicament. Had me come down and drop off the paperwork. Rose (one of the staff members) couldn't have been more helpful, more friendly, or more courteous. Recommended we go have lunch since she didn't have a reviewer on hand and to come back in 45 minutes. When we got back, paperwork had been reviewed and accepted! Rose, you saved my backside...and the day. Governor Kelly owes you a raise...a big one!
