Labor Department-Appeals

Ive given Nicki Houk over 1month to return information.Has not been returned.Everything else returned,but that.So Im guessing.Were holding on to it for our own benefit.Theres no other reason.My case was decided against me, but I knew it would be.So thats not the issue.The issue is,case was against A Stevens family member.Large family.The info you have is good. You didnt decide with me so when that info is used.Im going to be the 1st one to explain the whole thing. Fact.Id copy all that an return it&then let it go like you did my case. Maam. All opinions based on facts.

Just like all the other reviews. Faxed my appeal for unemployment with doctors note and other supporting documents attached. Received no response. Cant call them cause they say all agents are busy and hang up on you.

I filed an appeal months ago. Continued to fill out my wkly statements. Never received anything to tell me if I got a hearing or not. This is wrong. They disqualified me saying I did not fill out medical papers they sent me & my Dr were to fill our & send back then wrote me a letter saying they got my doctors not mine which is bull they were sent the same day so I mailed copies to them AGAIN still nothing

If a private owened company conducted business like this group of people they would be shut down and punished by law!!! Something should be done about this

If I could have given a zero I would have. I filled for unemployment in November because I had Covid and was denied. And since November every claim afterwards was denied. I filled an appeal and had a hearing but for some underlining reason I missed some other step I had to do. So I missed the opportunity to be present for my hearing. The step I missed was to REGISTER for my hearing. The DOL gave me the date and time so I dont understand why I had to register I thought I was already penciled in. This place does not care or have an idea as to what you and I are going through while they drag their feet. This is a flawed system. This system is designed for people who can spend hours on hold or days to waste trying to get ahold of someone for an answer that doesnt have an answer. Its unreal how I was and still am being treated
