AT&T Store

March 10, I arrived to this store at 615pm. There was one customer prior to me. However, the customer representative wasnt to be seen. She came out from a back door within a few minutes and already was irritated with the male customer immediately. He expressed what he needed. She kept telling him what he was asking couldnt be done. He was explaining to her that he called technical support whom sent him in for an esim. Ten minutes later.She finally called someone to help her to find out she was wrong and what he was asking could be done. It took her 10 minutes or less to do what she had prior said wasnt possible. So now my turn, I am sitting at the counter and she doesnt even acknowledge me. I am only customer there now. She finally turns and says Ohhh I thought you were with him. The one thats long gone. Fair enough, she wasnt around when we both entered separately . So, I explained to her what I needed. She said it wasnt possible. LOL. Just like she was saying to the prior customer and she was wrong. I kept asking why and she couldnt give me an answer as to why I cant switch my lines over to ATT from Firstnetbecause I wanted 5G on my Firstnet She finally tells me I can call technical support. I said thats why I am here because I think my phone just isnt 5G compatible She told me it is and to just call tech support . I asked her to do it and help and she said she didnt have time for that because she closes at 7. It was 640pm. Go to a different store if you need some troubleshooting because she just wants to argue. My phone isnt 5G compatible and it would have been a simple upgrade but that store wont get my service until she is no longer the Manager.

First Let's Clear Up THAT THIS IS NO AT&T STORE! They/It is a second party store AT&T let's Us Name and Sell Their Products. So, they r driven by sells. U wouldn't think so by the service there. They have no problem Loring to U, telling U,U will ret a zillion stations. Let's b clear here, as well. If it is only info channel or no picture it is a radio station. Told Us what we wanted to hear on what channels my retired Mom would get.of course it would get Farm channel -package he was selling Her. It also came with a contract that cost almost $500. to get out of....myself would have never paid it; Mom has never had a blimish on her credit and wasn't starting now. I wanted to start something alright....got same old , rhetoric from AT&T. I will add this was a few years back but sinse have talked with people that have faced similar issues at this NOT A AT&T STORE. U have been warned....let's run them out of North Topeka. It is a insult to US. No one do business there and should see them fold in a few months. Thanks for hearing me out.
