If you are an owner operator without a national account don't waste your time trying to get a tire after hours. Not sure how a tire shop functions without being able to take a credit card payment.

Tire blowout south of Topeka, 335S. Overbilled hourly rate and upcharged the tire price. Brand new tire popped just west of OKC. TA road service replaced it and I've been good to go for the last 1400 miles. Pomps wants to physically see the tire, like that's possible after they took 2 days to respond. Took plenty of photos but they won't accept responsibility. Good way to lose all future business with a medium sized trucking company, bravo.

Installed a bad tire and refused all responsibility. Charged 2 hours of service for a call that took under an hour from my phone call to completion of install. Charged well over retail for the tire. Tire blew out 3 hours down the road and they denied all responsibility. Took two days for management to reach back out. Had to pay a road service to replace their tire job.
