        My vehicle was towed less than five miles and was charged $700. Mr. Charles then refused to return my vehicle to me for seven days. Then charged me additional fees for storage. Is this even legal to price gouge the public! Then I was told I had to tell the owner how to fixy car. In the end, my car was repaired by a great mechanic friend. My car broke down while I was doing laundry and the owner of Louie's towed my car! Service: Car towing

        This was actually the second time I used this company, once for myself and once for my daughter, the service was excellent and they really take their time to explain what's wrong with the vehicle. Very reasonably priced. Thanks to the whole RC towing crew!

        Worst service I've ever received. Had to get rid of one vehicle and the other the transmission isn't working. Do not get business from this man. Waste of money.

      Sorry for ur lose but I'm sure there is way more to this story then WHT you revealed I'm pretty sure ur car was removed because it was parked illegal . And you was mad at the company . Stop parking your car on private property
