After flying 7,000 miles back home, it was awesome to have a friendly shuttle ready for us outside the terminal. We were home quick, and safe. Friendly drivers, clean shuttles.

We hired Black Label Transportation for our wedding on New Years Eve in Carbondale. They are very friendly to work with and were able to accommodate every need we had! The driver was very personable, kind and easy to coordinate with. The vehicle was VERY clean and the driver was dressed appropriately for the event! We have zero complaints because of the professionalism, the timeliness and ease of working with the company was. We would 100% recommend the company for any need you have for transportation near the Topeka area and we would absolutely use them again. Thank you Black Label Transportation for being apart of our special night and working with us and being flexible!

This review is coming up under the TACC Board, but I am writing this as Director of Business Development for Arbor Court Retirement. Last year, we rented the trolley to take some of our residents around to see the Christmas lights. Unfortunately, this year the trolley is out of commission. I was scrambling to find something that could take us around and stumbled across Black Label Transportation after checking with a few other companies that were WAY overpriced. I explained my situation to Angus (the owner) who very calmly said they would charge us what we paid last year for the trolley. The driver and van showed up a little before our scheduled time and helped me get all 13 residents loaded. He was dressed in a suit (I believe) and was very polite and friendly. The van was clean, comfortable, and warm! He drove us to all the locations I asked, played Christmas music the entire ride, and took his time through the light displays so everyone could really enjoy them. After sitting for two hours, some of the residents were a little slow moving when we returned to Arbor Court. He hopped right out and helped them disembark, getting them safely into the building. The owner and office staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful! We will DEFINITELY be using Black Label Transportation again. I highly recommend them!
