Brought a truck in for a def problem, they got it diagnosed the next day and parts were on stock , truck was ready to go the next day. The truck was in the shop for 3 days, excellent work!

The worst shop I have ever found come in with a line leaking and they say oh it is just the radiator and then they get truck out and still doing the same thing worst dam shop if you are not a local they screw u over

Took my truck in for an alignment after the kingpins had been changed. Tried to tell me the truck needed kingpins. I explained they were new so they went ahead and aligned the truck. Fast forward months later after calling them several times and complaining about the tire wear the guy in the alignment shop totally cussed me out over the phone. The shops here are totally unprofessional and absolutely do not care to fix their screw ups. After putting several thousands of dollars in tires on the truck and hearing every excuse they had to offer I finally took it somewhere else and they told me the trucks front end hadnt been touched and was over a degree out of spec. Took several more months and they finally agreed to credit me back for the alignment, however it was an I store credit instead of my money back. The parts guys here are absolutely fantastic though but unfortunately the shop has put a sour taste in my mouth.
