The provider that we saw was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and caring. She did not get frustrated with my son who has ADHD and listened to us. Her calm demeanor quickly put him at ease. Definitely recommend! We went in the evenng around 7 PM when they were close to closing on a Friday.

Due to the reviews, I was hesitant to go but when I did, I was surprised by a great experience! Everyone was incredibly nice and the nurse practitioner was great! She listened to my problems well and helped me find a solution thats been working well for my problems. Quick and easy trip to help my health problems!

Charged me $300 for a "new patient fee" for a covid test despite having 2 insurances given to them at the time.

Yesterday, Sunday February 21st. I was seen by Dr. Patel (I think was her name, forgive me if I'm wrong) I am a sufferer of all things allergy snd sinus, snd the weather is not helping! She was able to see me, get me on meds to get me right while offering great suggestions. I'm on my 3rd dose of meds, and new allergy med and I already feel better. Thankfully, I didn't have to go back to my primary care for this ongoing issue. I think im on the right track! Finally! Great staff, no hassle, and was quick. I was in and out, and on the way to the pharmacy in less than an hour!

Left work to visit here since their website states you can't call and make an appointment, followed their instructions to call the number posted on their door. Got to the facility at 230pm and called the number and they set an appointment for 5:30pm, told me to be there at 5:15pm and call in to check in. Got there at 5:15pm and called to check in for them to tell me that I was not on the appointment list. Super frustrating. Do better med express.
