Thank you so much to the staff who took care of my baby when she was sick and died thank you for all the warm wishes and how you guys cared for her and her cremation and got her safe back to me thank you for the card and prints and how nice she was delivered back to me I would recommend this hospital for any pet owners

My dog needed emergency help late at night and they got her in immediately and saved her! Perfect experience 10/10. God bless the vet and staff that helped me!

They was right down to business and gave me the cost and my options right up front and I appreciated that reading the other reviews people was not happy with the right to the point about the cost and I beg to differ I appreciate that. And they are open when you need them Now about the not being able to go in that's the great part because they can concentrate on taking care of your pet without having to stand around and talk to you and answer your questions pulling them away from taking care of your pet so I think that is smart on their part and great for the attention your animal can receive. Now the girls that work there they are great very caring and understanding and so courteous. And when the procedure was over the technician went over all the medications and the vet got on the phone explained to me the procedure what they have found what possibly caused it and the appropriate after care that is needed. Now to the charges it's emergency care with a lot of staff and a lot of overhead So it's to be expected. So I recommend getting emergency pet care insurance. Thank you for your service!!

I was denied care for my 15lb dog who was choking because 4 years ago during COVID I brought my kitten whom was found outdoors to get shots and care(for a kitten-at a vet)and texted my husband at the time, on my personal cell phone, in my own car, stating I was frustrated and this place sucks and Ill never come here again. This was my first cat- always been a dog person and I was terrified and stressed. Important to note- I spoke to the office 1 time and was pleasant and understanding. Eventually an employee came to get my kitten along with asking for record of his shots. As I pulled up the record the employee decided to zoom out of the picture and click on the response text stating I should leave and go elsewhere. This employee read my personal text messages and took my kitten inside. Less than 1 whole minute later the vet came marching to my car, cat in tow, angry about what I had texted on my phone. He threw my cat as he opened my passenger door, along with free cream, and stated he was basically overworked, had alot of animals to care for, and how dare I say such a thing.( totally get it- I felt horrible / I love animals / im human/ I also have a job) A couple years later I call with my dog in an emergent situation. I speak to a very nice lady at the desk who instructs me I should come in. I get my dog in the car at 8pm only for me to receive a call a few minutes later letting me know they would not be helping me and I am not allowed in their facility. Terrible ethic for an animal clinic. I spoke to the vet and owner who stated it was not up to him, but up to the board. I of course contacted the board and they stated no specific office would ever be able to legally decide this on their own and the fact my privacy was invaded and this dr then denied my DOG service, which is what this place is for, is absurd. Speed to the next office, you will be heartbroken here.
