High Point East Apartment Homes

I highly dont recommend this place to anyone. Starting off strong, toilets don't flush properly, my sink doesnt drain, it takes about 2 days to complete be drained. The cabinets in the kitchen dont close at all, they are so outdated. THERE ARE 0 ceiling lights in here, but there is switches to turn on the electricity for a plug-in to work. Its always dark in this apartment, because who wants to run up an electricity bill? Not me. Its a bad neighborhood to be in, sketchy, car has gotten broken into. Walls are thin, i can hear the people up above me constantly. Youre lucky if you can even get a washer and dryer spot in the laundry room. after seeing the pictures online and seeing the floorplans, my apartment looks nothing like those pictures. I had no other choice to move here. Its all around ghetto. Ive never been so happy to move away. 100% dont recommend.

Used to stay un unit 107. Ceiling fell in when it was storming because of a water drain gutter was leaking into my top bedroom apartment. The roof fell in and maintenance barged in. I was not given rent credit for the time I was not able to stay in the apartment. They relocated me for 750 fee to another apartment. Long story short they dont care about their customers. seem nice from the start until you sign that paper.

Highpoint apartments are NOT GOOD! Multiple fires in different buildings over a few years. Drunks fighting on your sidewalk at 1am. Drug deals with kids in broad daylight at the front of your building. Management ripped off my deposit - but I never drove a nail in a wall, never had a pet, never wore shoes inside on the carpet, stove and frig were spotless when I left after 1 years. Also, constant stinking over loaded garbage bins.
