Villa Del Mar Apartments near Riverside tennis center gets an actual 3 star rating because they don't accept felony tennesseans for rent in their housing of business without giving them a chance to even see if they're good enough to rent to anywho and tenants to be honestly ecstatically real with you they'll brush it off by saying you should have been more than honest about your background check!

Was here for 2 years and when my ac went down during the hottest part of the year it took them 7 months to fix it, they have ignored my requests for fixing my water damaged ceiling and I've been a punctual tenant. Cap it off with the mice problem on my last couple weeks there, all i can say is i wont miss it

Living here has been terrible they dont fix anything unless you really get on them rent is ridiculous and after your lease goes up by 100 almost every month and ive heard countless horror stories of people moving out leaving the place in perfect condition just to get charged 1000 dollars dont move here please save yourself the trouble unless you like living with roaches and mice for almost double market price
