        I generally really like the Tru hotels, I'm a diamond Hilton member so I stay in a lot of Hilton hotels. But this one has a couple issues, the main one... no one had washed the pillows and they stunk! Some sort of awful lotion or perfume. Worst night of my trip.

        Rosie was just doing her front desk duties. Needs retraining. Let her think on her own. The procedures of checking in are bombastic. Lobby restrooms is nasty. Great location, marginal service, and rooms average for new hotels. Noteworthy details: Hilton member needing last four numerical of loyalty number before checking in. Why checking in hotel is not convenient. Wh a t if I could not come up with numbers and already paid it credit card. Retrain front desk.
