If I could give no stars I would. My auto insurance policy was cancelled and I made the payment 1 day later than the grace period. Received no communication about this, even though they said they did. I strongly advise you not speak to Shay about your policy and any changes you need to make. I gave her the correct address for my renter's insurance, only to find out she had my old apartment on the policy. Then when I called her October 27th she failed to tell me my auto policy was cancelled or about to be cancelled. I called another time and their systems were down and I requested that Shay give me a call the next day and she failed to... when I called that weekemd she admitted she knew I called in regards to my policy. Allstate us an awful compnay and this agency is even worse. Allstate holds their customers accountable but refuse to hold their employees. They refuse to fix any mistakes they make. It's a blessing in disguise my policy with them was cancelled because now I can have auto and renter's insurance through a reliable company.
