From my understanding, Eddys Allstate was closed because they were all fired? This is the last address that I have from them. Did Johnny Stevens take over for them? Anyway, here is my review. My son was involved in a accident on 11/9/22, it took us several days to find a repair shop that could get to it. Best Body Shop said they could. Best sent their extensive estimate to Allstate 12/19/22. As of today, the vehicle has been there for 63 days and 29 days since the claim was sent. This is unacceptable and unreasonable service. We have made countless calls and emails with the same response we are working on it. I called a local Allstate office and he told me that he cant see anything in the file regarding the estimate or what the hold up is. He did say that Allstate sent the body shop a check for $648 on 11/23/22. I just found that out today from a different local Allstate agent. Its safe to say that I dont feel that Im in good hands right now.
