I hit a brick and busted a tire on my truck. The next morning I called Chris at WT&A and they were the only ones in town that had my Hankook tires in stock. Dropped it off and I was expecting it to take a while. Got a call about 90 minutes later to come pick it up. Good as new. The crew and service are amazing. THIS is now my tire shop from now on.

Chris is an awesome person to deal with, I've had a couple vechicles serviced with this company over last few years, the work is always done at a professional level, I just had a front/rear alignment, vehicle drives soooo much better, I will for sure use wichita tire and alignment again.

I came in to get a repair on my tire which I purchase from wichita Tire in alignment approximately three weeks ago. He said he would do me the favor of squeezing me in which I truly appreciated upon completion of the work. I realize that hes put a plug in my brand new $200 tire, instead of patching, thewhich is the proper way to go about, repairing considering the tires new and after I was unhappy with the repair, he made snide comments and cursed at me, under his breath super unprofessional and disrespectful I will not be using his services again.
