I will join the list of unsatisfaction, would like to support our Winfield business, but no Sunday drop off? Why? Is it that hard to put a key box up? Grr ***update, they have emailed me and sure enough, the no Sunday drop off stands.

Booked a van two full weeks ago and received email confirmation. They called three days before the trip to cancel stating the van was no longer available. Rebooked through Wichita and was "guaranteed" the van would be available. They called the day before the trip because they sent the van to Emporia and had no way to get it back to us in time. Absolutely horrible service.

I had my appointment scheduled for noon got there a little bit after and they had given car away. Stated their policy was one hour no call/no show. This policy is nowhere to be found. Also no call was given to me to see if I was still coming. Very unprofessional. Especially when I work in the medical field and something came up and couldnt make it in time.

If you get a quote and reserve online know that the quote they give you will be twice as much when you show up and you might need a bunch of paperwork too that they don't mention when you reserve. Pretty much, just expect something completely different then what they tell you.
UPDATE: they tell me to come the next day, I call to check before i go all the way over there... and I've been on hold an hour and hung up on 3x. I'm so sick of this. I wish there was more options in town.

Just went with my mother in law to pick up her rental, she had called and confirmed twice since the made the appointment. Showed up, no one was there, a ups sticker was on the door, she called, spent half an hour on hold, just to find out instead of the place she had said she would pick up, winfield, they sent it to an airport in Wichita. Now they say it will be 24 hours before we can pick one up. Not only did we waste a trip, but now we won't be able to keep plans on schedule for my daughter's birthday tomorrow. I don't know if it's just this location or the company itself, but someone somewhere needs to learn to read the paperwork and get things correct. Also there needs to be a huge drop in price for the amount of problems that occur with all this. By the other reviews I can clearly see we are not the only ones that have had problems.
