Bluegrass in Winfield is as good as you make it. Seeing old friends and meeting new ones is what it's all about, and the beautiful music that they play. Some of the players on the street are nothing short of AMAZING! It is wonderful to see so many people playing music with strangers, that won't be when it's all done, with exchanges of contact info, hugs and "we'll see you next year". It's a beautiful thing, the best thing is, when you pull into the festival and see the "family" that you only see at the festival, once a year.
