Called 1st Pick Plumbing yesterday morning about 11:30 and left a message. Within 20 minutes I got a call back. They were able to set me up with an appt for the next morning.
Layton arrived about 9am to work on a clog in the lines. Im the type of person that wants to know what they are doing so I was outside with him.
This young man was extremely professional, but yet so friendly.
To say I was impressed with him is an understatement! In the future, should I need a plumber, I will definitely be calling 1st Pick Plumbing and hope that Layton will be the one to come out.

These guys are doing their best and plumbing isn't a easy job. I do recommend them but you gotta be patient with them and maybe bug them a little bit because they have a lot of customers that they work for. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate. If they do something wrong they apologize and try to fix it. Thanks 1rst pick plumbing for doing your best.

Kinda like cable guys. Poor communication. Say they will be there at such n such time n not hear from them until hours later both times. They did not fix anything and do not stand behind their work. And even needed help getting their auger down the right way in our main. 500 bucks for nothing.
