Brianna Brooks was, in a word: phenominal! I moved from Reno, Nevada, and had never stepped foot in the state of Kansas, let alone, Winfield, Kansas. I moved out here for a fantastic job located in Arkansas City and had to find a home. I've never moved this kind of distance before, so I had absolutely no idea how to do this kind of thing! I clicked on Zillow to look for possible homes in the "Ark City" area, and Brianna's name appeared when I was asked to contact a realtor. Initially, there were only a handful of homes I was interested in in Ark City; while most seemed quaint and inviting, they all were quite old... and that kind of concerned me a bit.
Then, all of a sudden, this "dream home" appeared in Winfield! It was a beautiful home. It reminded me of something out of a Norman Rockwell painting or a Mark Twain novel. I knew instantly that was going to be MY HOME! And Brianna made it happen! Brianna negotiated with the previous owners of the home, and she worked with my amazing loan company. Brianna was very patient with me while I obtained various types of paperwork, gathered loan documents, and submitted other forms of information. Brianna was instrumental in allowing me to purchase a home I never thought I'd see in my lifetime! I'm so greatful to her.
Additionally, on the day I moved out here, Brianna took me to the city's utility building to ensure that all of my utilities were successfully turned on. She has been providing information about "things to do" in the area, which has been very helpful. She has even forwarded job opportunities in and around the city for my fianc, who is hoping to move out here soon.
Brianna has been more than just a realtor; she has been a neighbor and a friend. I would most certainly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
