        There's a reason Let It Go Consignment was voted "Best of NKY," recently. Cozy little store crammed full of precious knick knacks, sturdy furniture and cute clothes. Reasonable prices help get more bang for the buck, too. In addition to interesting finds, you'll be greeted by a friendly staff who is eager to engage and provide true customer service. The environment feels a bit like "Cheers," where everyone knows your name and that's thanks to the small-town vibe of Alexandria. While we left empty-handed, that doesn't mean we won't be back to search for treasure again.

        I try not to leave bad reviews but unfortunately have had more than one bad experience with Let it Go Consignment that is demonstrative of their poor customer service. It's a shame as they have enticing items advertised on their FB page and clearly others have had much better luck here.
