Very, very poor customer service. First, I paid extra for UPS ground shipping. They shipped via USPS, and when I contacted them about the overcharge they ignored my email. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and let it go. However, this was not to end there. As I was getting my gear together for the first game of the season, I noticed the fabric on the right sleeve is flawed. The shirt has never been worn. Because I now have to wear the shirt in the game the following day, they refuse to replace it. I completely understand not replacing a shirt which I claim was damaged after I wore it multiple times. But this shirt is defective before I wore it. I have pictures from BEFORE I wore it. Customer service was no help and was very rude and condescending to boot. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere. EDIT - After the nasty back and forth regarding the shirt, they did choose to refund the money I originally requested two weeks prior.

Customer Service -Excellent Quality - Excellent Price - Excellent Overall experience - above excellent. Items ordered: 2 shirts, 1 cap, 1 jacket. I did have a question about the jacket size, AFTER placing my order, called, spoke to Eddie, he was able to accommodate my request for a different size. Received items in a timely manner. Highly recommend! Will purchase again.

I would not recommend ordering from here. I had negotiated a price to purchase some equipment for our official's association and called back the next morning with the payment information, but nobody ever answers the phone. I have been trying for the past week and have left several messages. Absolutely zero communication and it seems very shady.

Abysmal customer service. I ordered a football referee shirt. There was a big hole at the bottom of the zipper where it connects on front. Didn't notice it till I went to use it. Had to wear it because I had not other option. $38.95. Had to wear it again because had no other option. Finally had a chance to notify the company. They told me to pay a seamstress to fix it. They don't do returns on used items. So now I pay even more money for an overpriced polyester shirt. Totally unacceptable to have a defective shirt and not get a replacement. I will NEVER order from this company again. They also said I did not receive the shirt in that condition. YES I DID!!!! It was defective when I got it! I was just reading all the 1 stars for customer service . . . . wonder when they will look in the mirror.
