U.S. Bank ATM - Draffenville

Great tellers but the drive-thru is narrow and difficult for large vehicles.

I did business with this bank for nearly 20 years, when I had to refinance they gave me interest rates 2% higher than any other lenders, so I went somewhere else. My payment date came for US Bank, I attempted to make principal+ interest payment as they were going to have to reimburse me all the escrow anyway. They mismanaged my escrow for years also, paying late on property taxes even. They refused the payment, then tagged my credit report for a late payment! Then once I had the reimbursement check they still had an escrow statement ready for the following year & a mortgage statement too!!! I had to dispute the account with Experian to get it off my credit report! Then they started charging me $24.95 maintenance fee on one of my checking accounts I still had open!! I would stay away from this Bank if I was you, I will certainly never do business with them again.

The branch in Benton is completely closed. The branch in Draffenville opens at 9:30 and closes at 4:00. No Saturday hours, makes it hard for those that also work those hours and days to do business.
