Walmart Connection Center

Tried to go buy a new cell phone but had to wait for the electronics manager to finish disrespecting the customer before me. Then when she was done telling the guy off she gave me a dirty look and started to walk off and completely ignored me asking for assistance. Also tried asking other employees to get someone to help and they said that they would get the same manager to help because she was the only one that could help at the time. I waited 20 minutes then just went to a different store.

What I'm about to say has nothing to do with the store or the employees at the store they are great. My comment is directed solely to corporate. People do not want automatic checkouts. I had a very long conversation with the 20 people in line at the register with a girl in it and none of them want the automatic check out not one single one of them. I don't know what you guys are doing but by cutting back on employees and had an automatic checkouts everybody loses you're going to lose product and we lose friendliness and what we want with our money being spent and that's human interaction. I think you need to reconsider what you're doing I will shop elsewhere if I am forced to do an automatic check out.
