      image Had a spigot burst on the last freeze we had. I ed Stinson up and they were able to get out the next day. In about an hour they had it replaced and working again. Fast response and quick work. Will definitely use again.

      image Would not recommend. Pretty much go anywhere else.
      -Fixed clog was not fixed
      -kept slamming my doors shut because they apparently didnt have time to do it gently
      -left door open when I have pets in the house that could get out.

      I spoke with you on the phone earlier today, you said that your tub was draining when our guys left your house and I informed you that we do not warranty clogs. This is the first we are hearing about the doors being slammed or leaving any doors open. you did not mention that on the phone when I spoke to you earlier. We did call to let you know that you would not be charged for the sewer machine again and you hung up on us. We also replaced a supply line under the kitchen and replaced the the sprayer on your kitchen sink while we were there. Also you signed the ticket that clearly states the job has been satisfactorily completed.
