Falsely advertised. Lied and told us that all the buildings are built to code, depending on where we live. Told us several lies in order to purchase from them. Was told it was a tiny home and they delivered an oversized shed. Refund my large deposit or I will be contacting the BBB.

We are sorry to hear of the miscommunication that has occurred. As stated on our website and the signed paperwork you submitted for the order, the buildings we sell are not habitable. These buildings are simply sold as portable storage buildings. Please take a look at the signed agreements you made with Stor-Mor and Heartland Capital Investments. In the agreements, it is stated that the buildings are not meant to be lived in. In addition, our cancellation and return policies are stated. Unfortunately, this situation does not qualify for a refund. The building you ordered was the building that was delivered to you.

I got my shed but didn't get the additional electrical package that I paid for but I'm still being charged for.

Hi Colleen, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We see you have paid for a 10-drop electrical package, but the building arrived with only 5-drops. A repair request was submitted. It looks like the repairs team reached out to schedule a repair, but did not get a response from you. We have asked them to reach out to you again to schedule this repair and to resolve this issue.

The staff are friendlythe website where you design the shed is pretty goodthe delivery of the shed was great and the payment plan is very affordable.We love the building it has allowed us to declutter our house I wish I would have gotten a building from Stor-Mor sooner.
