Not happy with receptionist who answered the phone she lied about sending an email of prices needed for new sewer and water connections. 4 days now and waiting

Never recieved bill. Went to pay on a Monday after work and bill was doubled because they already shut it off. Charged $50 extra because the home owner isn't allowed to turn on their own water or is another $50. Almost as bad as Benton electric.
