        Im giving one star to one person specifically. Im not giving names but if you walk in and short blonde lady pulls you name, run. Not only has she messed my hair up three times she completely mauled my sons hair yesterday. It looks horrible and I honestly dont see how this lady has worked at great clips in berea this long. Assuming this is the last time we will ever be in this place. I regret even considering this place for a haircut.
