Buying my first home wasn't as difficult as friends and family expressed. Working with James and Sade was smooth sailing. James answered all my questions and worked with both myself and realtor to make sure that we were all on the same page regarding my options in purchasing my home. They cant keep employees. Our loan changed hands and what the one loan officer told us was the exact opposite of the new one (who had zero training). Tried to tell us we had $8,500.00 closing cost on a $104K home!!!!! Please dont go here!

They tell me to expect an answer by a certain day and to call if I dont hear back, so I call and they say to wait longer! Ive wasted over 2 weeks trying to get a loan with this company its impossible! Going somewhere else!

I was able to get 100% financing on a conventional loan which was very helpful trying to buy in a crazy market. We closed in less than 30 days!
