Unbelievably rude staff every time Ive had to speak with them. I paid off a balance to them in the fall. I called to see if I could get that exact amount or a receipt for tax filing purposes. I was told I mean, I can see that but its your job to know that so check your statement. I asked her why she was being so rude over a question and she argued with me about it. Theres no reason to treat people so nasty.

Cant get blood. And they will NOT get a penny from me for the simple fact that the woman answering the phone is the rudest person Ive ever spoken with. Customers please remember there is a statute of limitations with debts. Let the dang things fall off. And it keeps your credit report clean after.
