Dan Rudloff

Dont hire this attorney, he is very rude and unprofessional. you will feel like you are being rushed 100% of the time he sends professional documents through the Notes app. he was assigned to my mothers case for disability and he would text me at 12 1 oclock in the morning asking me for the names of all the doctors and the dates that she has seen these providers. We asked to schedule a meeting face-to-face with him so we can go over the upcoming court hearing and he sent me, two different notes To go over with my mother and then offered a zoom meeting.

This lawyer that was assigned to my significant others DUI case. We paid 2000 dollars to a third party CDL consulting company. This lawyer didn't even verbally speak with his client, but took a plea agreement and not coverse with his client. Told my significant other he would not do anything further for him. The plea was already offered up on this hiring of the lawyer. Unprofessional and communication skills were awful.

Wont even answer a question without getting paid. Way way better attorneys. Research and seek out.

Had to fire him and eat a $500 loss. He said he could help us with an application to resolve a zoning issue. After questioning some of his advice he got very rude, unprofessional and defensive. Our experience has led us to believe that Mr. Rudolf does not have the necessary experience and/or expertise to be counseling or practicing real estate related law. Upon firing Mr. Rudloff for his apparent incompetence, we requested an itemized invoice and the refund of any remaining portion of our $500 retainer. Mr. Rudloff then sent the invoice via typing a text message that contained the following 2.5 hours X $250 = $500. Not only was this not an acceptable way to invoice, he also seems to be so incompetent that he could not even correctly calculate the $500 total that he desired. It was clear that he simply wanted to keep the entire $500 and decided to make the math fit his desired total. So, ultimately we were charged $500 for what amounted to 3 phone conversations, a series of text messages, that included incorrect advice, and then he blocked both myself and wife after we informed him that his text message invoice was not acceptable. We would NEVER recommend Dan Rudloff for anything associated with real estate or any other legal matters. Other people in these other reviews seems to have had a similar experience. Also, be aware that Mr. Rudloffs family members are leaving him 5 star reviews in what seems like an attempt to offset all of the negative ones. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN.
