Mr chapel will remember me I have a judgement against him for 44,582 dollars. Its not going away. Just don't give these idiots any of your money. They really are crooks. Mr. chapel decided to transfer all of his assets into his girlfriends name to prevent him from paying his debts but the attorneys are sorting this out . Stay away from these people they will rip you off.

It took a while for the team to get out here (just a few weeks), but considering that most pool installation companies are booked out til 2022, this was very nice. Once they excavated my yard, they worked very diligently to get it all finished. My yard poses several issues and while any company could have took advantage of me, they did not. And despite the challenges, they did not cut corners and seen the project through, start to finish. After all was said and done, Christie came and showed me how to use everything since I have no experience. She was very upfront about costs, services, and warranty. Thank you, and I love my pool! Pool leaking before we could even swim in it, their crew put a dent in the side of the pool, they left the pool filthy, does not respond till days later when contacted unless you send multiple messages or calls. My advise, go somewhere else! Pool still isn't repaired and not answering calls or text. $6300.00 for a pool we dont get to use. I will be taking this further.

Signed contract August 6,2020. Paid 50% down. Was told ‘drop dead’ date to dig would be October 29th. No call for update but we just assumed they would let us know SOMETHING. Finally week of the 29th we called to see if we were still on track. Nope…. Pool wasn’t in. But it was due to be delivered mid November. That has been where the timeliness ends. We were told we’d be out in the dig schedule the week after the pool was delivered. Nope…. February. That was the last time we saw them till the second week in May. We were told they would have us done by Memorial Day. Nope. It is now the end of June and all indications are we won’t get to swim this year. They finally back filled last week and after a hard rain we have about 6 inches all the way around the pool that has sunken. Backfill wasn’t compacted enough. Sent them pictures, was told they would call us today to let us know when they would be back to fix. As usual the promise to call goes nowhere. They have all but a few thousand dollars of our pool cost. Not cheap… inground 20 x 40 steel wall. I understand busy, what I dont understand is lack of customer service. For almost $40,000 I expect to be kept informed of the progress instead of feeling like I have to beg. Next big summer holiday will come and go I’m sure with us having no progress. If I can make a suggestion to them….. keep you customers updated. Even if it’s not good news, at least we would feel like we aren’t being IGNORED. Business phone takes no messages because it’s full and neither does the cell we have. You are at their mercy. Do yourself a favor snd save yourself some sanity. Look somewhere else if you want a pool in a reasonable time snd be kept in the loop. Service: Roadworks
