I had a dire situation with a business server with tons of valuable information and software specific programs that cashed on me and I was willing to pay untold amounts to restore. One call to TJ's mobile computer services and TJ himself gave me a few do-it-yourself fixes. I tried the first one and instantly was so relieved. He didn't have to do that. He could have had me drop my computer off and charged me to troubleshoot and fix the problem but instead he helped me doing myself. Kind considerate service and good people. They weren't able to directly fix my problem, but did try hard and offered more help than the people I actually paid to fix the problem. Would not accept payment, even after I offered. Amazing!
