The only good thing about these apartments is it has a kitchen so you can eat something other than cafe food. The kitchen has older appliances and carpet is dirty. The air conditioning gets moldy and some parts of the rooms especially when it is humid (recommended asking for a dehumidifier). Some sinks leak, some showers do not stay hot, some showers water pressure suck. Getting our water heater replaced did not help it stay hotter longer and they didnt even care about fixing the wilting wood from leaking water.
Would recommend if you like to cook but if not Lilly hall is probably the best place to live.
