        Be very careful when you leave that place. Whatever they tell you or agree with you on, make sure to get it in writing. If you dont get a top floor, dont bother moving there! You wont be able to sleep from the people above you. Poorly constructed building, very cheap materials used. Things always break there and they never fix ontime unless you keep bothering them.
