Stopped in to get air in my tires. They never asked if I was a customer and gladly did. In fact the GM filled the tires, explained why he was going a little higher than recommended, etc. Great customer service and focus!

As a woman, it is very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust. I moved Florence little over 5 years ago and I have previously taken my car to Midas, Tires Plus, Tire discounters, and a private mechanic in Carrollton. Of all of those, I found AAA Bob Summerel in Florence Kentucky, to be the best choice and unless it is something that they cannot do there, I have no plans to go elsewhere in the future. I have some other things I want to have done to my car, and it sounds crazy to say I'm looking forward to getting them fixed as I'm able but finally I found someone who is close by and trustworthy. As a disclaimer, I would also like to say that Tire Discounters and the private mechanic in Carrollton did nothing wrong. However as for Midas and Tires Plus, you will never get my business again. Thank you AAA for treating this woman with respect. You've earned my future business .
