        Outstanding! Floors arent installed yet, so cant speak to that but the salesperson, Billy, was just outstanding. I went to all the major flooring stores in that area, and knew Id be spending $10-$15k and I could not get anyone to listen to me, really advise me, and direct me. I appreciated his kind, helpful and warm demeanor, that was a bonus. Hands down, my husband and I both said he was the only salesperson that new the products inside and out. Additionally the install specialist Nat was great, and I look forward to more 5 star service with the install. Bravo to McSwain.

        We had a great experience at McSwain in Florence. Lisa, Ryan helped us choose matching carpet with vinyl laminate. The vinyl flooring was installed today. It looks great! Huber, Haessig, and Bobby Stevens were polite, courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job with installation. We have been pleased with the entire process.
